How much does cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on square footage, visit frequency, soil level, scope of work, and service tier. We provide three quote tiers — Essentials, Premium, and White Glove — so you can pick the level of care that matches your budget. Most commercial clients end up in Premium; residential recurring typically runs on Essentials or Premium. A typical small office runs $300–$800/month; a mid-size church or professional office $800–$2,500/month. Residential recurring typically $120–$280/visit.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes — full general liability insurance and a janitorial bond. Certificate of Insurance available on request, and we'll list your business or facility as an additional insured at no cost. This is table stakes for any commercial cleaning relationship; we lead with proof, not claims.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes. Our standard chemicals are green-certified and low-residue — safer for staff, pets, kids, and clients with sensitivities. We can switch to fragrance-free, hospital-grade, or EPA List N disinfectants on request, especially for daycares and medical offices.
How fast will you respond to my quote request?
Within 24 business hours — usually same-day. Simple quotes (small offices, residential) go out fast. For complex sites (medical, multi-story, after-hours), we schedule a 15-minute walkthrough before quoting so the number we give you is the number you'll pay.
What if I'm not satisfied with a clean?
We'll re-clean anything that falls short of standard — free, within 24 hours. That's our 100% satisfaction guarantee, and in 13 years of doing this, we've needed it only a handful of times. When we do, we move fast.
What areas do you serve?

Are your workers background-checked?
Yes. We're a small family crew — everyone who wears an MDSM shirt has been vetted and trained on our standards. You'll see the same faces every visit; no rotating anonymous contractors.
Can we clean after hours / before we open?
Yes. We clean many commercial clients before 7am or after 6pm so we're never in the way. After-hours cleaning carries a small premium (priced into the quote transparently), which covers the wage differential for our crew.
What happens on holidays?
No service on the six major federal holidays (New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). If your business closes for other holidays or company events, we adjust the schedule — no charge for skipped visits.
How do you handle inclement weather?
If you close, we suspend service — no charge. If we can't safely access the site, we reschedule within 48 hours at no charge. Safety of the crew and your space is always first.
Can I lock in a multi-year contract?
Yes — and we pass savings back. 2-year contracts get a 3% discount, 3-year contracts get 5% off. We include a modest annual escalator (typically 3%, well below the 6–8% industry norm) so your rate stays predictable.
Do you do one-time deep cleans?
Yes. Move-in, move-out, seasonal deep cleans, post-event cleanup — all priced flat-rate based on scope. Often bundled with a recurring contract as an "initial deep clean + weekly service" package.
How do I cancel?
Month-to-month contracts: 30 days written notice. Multi-year contracts: 60 days notice with term-balance terms laid out in the signed agreement. No gotchas, no hidden fees, no "earned not paid" tricks. We earn your business every month.
